Expect a heavy bodied coffee with dark chocolate undertones and a dried fruit top end with just a sprinkle of Citrus. This is just the opposite of something like an Ethiopian or a Costa Rican. If you like the PNG, the Java is similar but with a bit more body. You can expect the dried fruit and citrus top end to come to the front nicely as the cup cools. I like to let this one sit for a couple of mins after brewing. That's when the flavors start to really pop
