This is an awesome medium+ blend that not only pulls an excellent shot, works great as a drip or pour over, but also plays well with milk and sugar. I want to be clear: this is not a dark roast...it just happens to be the darkest roast that I do and has many of the attributes that people appreciate from a dark roast, but with more flavor. If you like a little dark chocolate bite in your coffee, are looking for something for your espresso machine or you like to include milk or sugar in your cup...this is your coffee.
